Can ultra-fast HELP clients outside australia?
Yes we can assist you no matter where you are located, over the last 16 years we have successfully assisted many of our overseas clients obtain their temporary and permanent visas.We normally communicate with our overseas and interstate clients thru emails and phones.
Why does Ultra-Fast charge an initial assessment fee?
Unfortunately free Advice Is usually worth what you pay for it;
To give you an example, if we answered six emails per day spending 30 minutes on each case; when we assess and provide an answer, the candidates normally ask for more information. As a result, a lot of our time has been dedicated to writing emails and assessing candidate’s eligibility.
The fact is that we do receive thousands of assessments requests per year for information on Australian visa eligibility. For example, if we receive 10 enquiries per day, it would be 365 days x 10 = 3650 enquiries per year. Unfortunately, from our previous experience, we know that most of the enquiries are for collecting free information or for getting free advice from us.
For 365 days, it comes to 1095 hours per year, which equates to more than 136 working days (with 8 hours work per day). And More than 6 months of work every year (considering 5 working days per week).
With all due respect our Senior Consultant cannot spend six months per year providing free advice as our Senior Consultant also has other obligations and responsibilities to attend to. And most importantly the time needs to be spent wisely in assisting our clients achieve their visa goals.
As we do receive many email or phone enquiries every day and we have no choice than to ‘select’ candidates who are genuinely interested in Australian Migration and those who would do the right thing by using our paid services to pursue their migration plan.

WHAT VISA APPLICATION CAN I LODGE?
There are a wide range of visa types in Australia that you could possibly be eligible for, depending on your individual circumstances. These could range from General Skilled Migration, Employer Sponsorship, Student visas and many more. This can be a complex process that would require our migration agents to fully assess your situation to find the right visa type for you. You will get the most benefit from booking a consultation for a full assessment of your situation to identify which visa pathways will be possible in your case.

We offer a face to face consultation at our East Perth office. You will be able to meet with our Senior Migration Specialist for a full visa eligibility assessment. I'M UNABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE OFFICE. WHAT OTHER METHODS OF CONSULTATION DO YOU OFFER?
If you are Interstate, overseas or just busy; we can offer you the following options:
Phone consultation if you would prefer to talk on the phone
WhatsApp or Skype consultation if you prefer to communicate via WhatsApp or Skype. You will still receive a full assessment and information through these types of consultations as you would in a face to face consultation.

WHO CAN COME TO THE CONSULTATION WITH ME?
You are more than welcome to bring a partner or a friend to accompany you to a consultation, however please be advised that a consultation assessment will be for one applicant only. If your friend would also like to see an agent they will need to book a separate consultation.
If your friend would also like to sit in with you we can book a double consultation session so that we may be able to give you the advise you need as well as for your friend.
You may also wish to book & attend a consult on behalf of a family member or your friend. We suggest that you obtain as much information as possible from your family member or friend before attending the consult.

is there a fee for the initial consultation?
The service fee for your consultation will be AUD$99 for 30 minutes. Most clients can have their questions answered within this 30 minutes time frame. However, should you feel that you will require more time then do not hesitate to book a longer session.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I BOOK A CONSULTATION?
Once you have booked a time and date for your consultation we will confirm your booking via email, with details such as our address. We will also request for your CV/Resume and any other relevant documents you would like us to review before the consultation. Please submit these documents at least a day before your appointment. This is so our advisor can have a better understanding of your case before your appointment.

The purpose of a consultation is to provide you with a full assessment of your visa options in Australia, due to individual circumstances you may find that you are not eligible for the particular visa you were interested in.
Our advisors are incredibly experienced and you will leave with a clear understanding of your visa pathways that are available in your case. Our consultations are a professional service and a service fee does apply due to the time and research it takes our advisors to assist you.

HOW MANY CONSULTATION DO I NEED BEFORE APPLYING FOR MY VISA?
One consultation is generally all you need to precede with Ultra-Fast Migration services; however this depends on the complexity of your case.
You may also wish to book for subsequent consultation should you have a more complicated cases or have further query to clarify before going ahead.

can you check my documents before i apply for my own visa application?
We do not provide a document checking service during consultations. Once you have signed on with our services and you are allocated a case manager, we will be able to assess your documents for your visa application.
Ad Hoc Service
Subject to assessment of your case we can consider providing you with a limited service of checking your documentation to ensure that you have the required documents to make an application and/or to provide drafts of general documents which may be needed by immigration. Generally we are able to provide consultations for friends and family members for you, for best results for a consultation for someone else it is recommended that you obtain complete information of the applicant's details so that we can provide a full assessment.
WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL FEE TO REPRESENT US?
We charge on a fix fee basis so that you know your cost before the application. We do not charge you additional for administration cost, extra submission or extra time taken to complete your application.
The Fee quoted to you will vary from one application to another as every visa subclass and situation is different. After your assessment, we will be able to provide you with a competitive quote of our professional fee.
